Conventions & Events
Find official event information and prepare for your visit.
Finding an event
Confirm dates, location, organizer and registration directly with the official event website. This independent guide does not sell event passes.
Event-specific planning
Check whether your event uses the West, North, Central or South halls and whether it has designated arrival or badge collection procedures.
Keeping information current
Event schedules and entry requirements can change. Use organizer updates as the final authority.
Plan with confidence
Find the official event website
Start with the event name and organizer. Confirm the current year, venue, dates, public versus trade-only admission and whether advance registration is required. An event at a Las Vegas resort is not necessarily held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Verify the hall and entrance
The Las Vegas Convention Center has multiple halls and entrances. Use the event organizer’s published floor plan and registration instructions rather than assuming the main entrance is the right one. See the hall and entrance guide for general campus orientation.
Understand badge and ticket restrictions
Admission categories may differ for exhibitors, trade professionals, press and the public. Check age restrictions, identification requirements, bag rules and whether onsite registration is offered. This independent guide does not issue badges or sell admission.
Recheck details before travel
Organizers can change sessions, hours, room assignments and entry procedures. Save the official confirmation email and check for updates shortly before departure and again on the event morning.
Official information and verification
